Merchant Trade Asia (MTA) signs up with Connect Seven Solution via Singapore based technology consulting company, Daemon for their call centre and automated rate enquiry solution. The CentrePoint system will enable MTA to distribute inbound calls to their call centre to agents located in multiple countries. It will also allow MTA customers to check latest remittance exchange rate via IVR.

Idea goes live with RapidGlider
IPTSP operator Idea Network & Communications Ltd launches VoIP Services in Bangladesh using RapidGlider solution of CSS. The project implementation was completed by our local office, Connect 7. The services provided to the clients using the solution are:

- Corporate VoIP
- SIP Trunk for IPPBX and other carrier services
- Client web portal
TARB goes live with Raptor 2.0
Tg Agas Technology Sdn Bhd (TARB) went live with their nationwide VoIP services using Connect Seven's Raptor 2.0 solution. As per the agreement, CSS will provide managed services for the switch with regards to routing and billing. Remote installation and management will be conducted by the technical team of TARB.
Ezzy Automation partners with CSS
Ezzy Automation Ltd in Bangladesh has selected Connect 7, local office of CSS in Bangladesh, as their solution partner for their various hardware devices. CSS is providing automated attendance processing for payroll management for all Ezzy Automation hardware.
