This month we released the new version of TouchPoint OSS & BSS solution. The key changes include:

  1. CDR analysis integrated in with VantagePoint ERP.
  2. Point of Sales is available in light-weght web interface to support dealers and distributors.
  3. Faster credit control checks for all post-paid subscribers when integrated with Raptop 2.0 soft switch.
  4. New API available for customer data enquiry.

Coming in next release:

  1. Improved faster live graphs for traffic visualisation.
  2. Integrated business activity dash board with VantagePoint ERP
